Everything in this website is a “digital good”. Therefore, once you’ve confirmed your purchase, you’ll receive your items into the email you specified immediately. Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not find an email from us with the items, and in case it does not show up for some reason, contact us directly.

Currently, it’s possible to make purchases on our store via PayPal or Stripe. Stripe allows you to use your bank card to pay directly online, so these two methods should be enough for a secure payment. However, we will work on accepting more methods in the future.

All payments are made via PayPal, so it’s as safe as any other online purchase you make using said payment method. We do not retain any of your information aside from your email to send out the files.

Simply add the item you want to purchase to your cart and then proceed to the checkout as soon as you’re done browsing through the store. Once you hit the ‘Checkout’ button, you will then be prompt to fill in the payment information. Soon as you confirm the payment, you’ll then receive your files in your email.

We’re dealing with “digital goods” on this website. So once you have confirmed your payment, the items will be automatically sent to your email, which will make it impossible for you to return said items and consequently, ask for a refund. However, if you have any questions about a product, contact us directly before making a purchase.

Unfortunately we aren’t taking in any vendors at the moment, as we are still building that system to make sure it all works as best as possible when the time comes. However, you can apply to get on the waiting list and when we start accepting, we’ll keep you in mind. Simply write up an email to [email protected] with a little information about you, your type of sound and a link to previously released packs of yours (if you have any).
